So now I am going to introduce some central and key points in story.

*Kavya is a pediatrician,pyschologist and therapist. Who has just completed all the courses and is searching for internship.(this is just a fictional idea of mine and this doesn't co relate with the real life ).

*Karthik is a buisness man,Doctor (Cardiologist) along with being a Mafia which no one knows and his cousins are joined too. (He handles both hospital and buisness).

*Both Varma and Vanshi families are joint faimilies.

*Abhi,Ram,Vikki and Vivaan met Kavya,Akshu,Jaanu,Priya and Meera When they were studying ,all the boys and girls studied in same college and same class.

*During that time,Abhi loved Akshu,Ram loved Jaanu,Vikki loved Priya and Vivaan loved Meera.

*Kasturi and Kalyani's sisters family stay along with them .

*Kasturi left her family many years back due to some pressure for which Karthik hates her to utmost but remaining family love her so much as always.

*Karthik loves his family and want to protect them at any cost from danger but never show up to them.

*Kavya owns a ashram where 20 old people and 10 kids live. She provides shelter,food and clothes to them.

*During college days,Kavya worked as a part time worker along with studying.She went out of state for studying 4 years ago to pursue her medical study.

This story is fictional and only some ideas are realistic,please dont misunderstand.
